Worked for me 1st try and when I tried Breakaway Live I couldn’t get my Echo Indigo DJx card to work in Asio with it, I’m just amazed. I’m sure there are some things that can be improved, but it is usable as-is for me. Big Thumbs UP! WAY UP!! 😀
NOW, for questions and possible improvements:
1. Should my Echo Asio be able to work at 96Khz sample rate? Only options in Breakaway DJ are 44.1 and 48
2. What if I wanted to run breakaway with 2 sound cards, one is ASIO and one is not? Could breakaway do that or not?
3. Can the RTA work with Breakaway DJ in ASIO?

YOU are amazing Leif, Breakaway DJ is working (your alpha version 90.04) with Video now in OtsAV and is in Sync with my Echo Indigo DJx card on my laptop. Perfect sync, no glitches… I will be promoting your product in forums for DJs – you deserve it. Thank you thank you!
YOU, Leif, are a GOD! You even made me cream my pants. Lol – sorry, but somehow you made my Echo Indigo DJx card work in Asio mode WITH OtsAV and videos running with non-noticeable latency. WOW! You are fast – and yes, you have been busy. I wish I had this for my New Years eve gig!
If I use the asio driver for my echo card directly in OtsAV there is serious skipping and slowing down of the music while typing in the search box. For some reason if I use the Asio setting in breakaway DJ – the same settings I was using in OtsAV for ASIO it works! I don’t understand that. It fixed my Asio glitching with OtsAV, is low-latency for video AND has multi-band processing. Even in Plutonium it seems to be rock solid so far with my DV9000 laptop, even as I’m using wireless internet, playing a video in OtsAV and typing this as I listen with no glitches. (Asio buffer is set at 256, with 128 I got just a few glitches very rarely).
Once again, did I mention VIDEO VIDEO VIDEO with no noticeable latency! Yes, Video works – no glitching! Unbelievable.

Love that idea – Oh yes, that would be awesome – I’d buy it! Very good processor, it’s just not feasable with OtsAV for video use. Integrated with OtsAV, replacing their dynamic processor or as a plug-in for OtsAV, that would be excellent. I really think you have the best processor I’ve ever heard for software processing. Great work, Leif! 🙂
Btw, is there any way to get Breakaway Live Asio working with the Indigo Echo DJx card? All I get is a very loud tone. I set the inputs to the dummy inputs for echo. Outputs to virtual out 3/4 and virtual out 4. Maybe I am configuring it wrong or it’s just not possible? There are no actual inputs on the card, only 2 outputs.
