I’ve used… http://www.highcriteria.com/ when I want to record the output of OtsAV directly. This is in real-time so you must sit through the playback of what you’d like to record, but it sounds pretty good to me.

Are there any free applications available?

Yeah, you could use StereoStocker with a pipeline.

Ok, nice small tool. But how it’s working? I try to play music in my Winamp player to test it but when I use pipeline 1 in my winamp and put Breakaway Broadcast on, I have a wave error when I hit the start button from StereoStocker. What are the right settings? So when it works in Winamp, it also works in Ots AV on the same way.

Make sure you’re matching the formats. StereoStocker will open the pipeline as 44100hz, 16-bit, Stereo.

I’m using pipeline 1 in Winamps output, Pipeline 1 in Stereostocker. And in Breakaway also pipeline 1 as the input and output my own soundcard. Is that right?

No, connecting it that way would mean you would be recording unprocessed, not processed.

If it gets confusing, draw a schematic on paper first, laying out exactly how you want the signal to go. It will make much more sense.

Breakaway cannot send to a pipeline and the soundcard at the same time, so you must send Breakaway Output to a pipeline. You can then download the free version of Virtual Audio Cable from http://software.muzychenko.net/eng/vac.html and use the program Audio Repeater from there, to also send the pipeline audio to the sound card.
