Wow, Sawassdee krab!
I love thailand, especially bangkok. Such chaos in motion is beautiful. Do you live in the city or countryside? I’ve seen pictures of all these problems with the reds lately. Is everything ok?
You will love the RME products, they unlike great many audio companies manufacture their own DSP chips, which could be why there are problems.
I am using my M-Audio for now however the sound quality is nowhere near the RME. Good purchase, I hope you enjoy it.
In the meantime, I am experiencing another problem (now that the M-audio is working). My studio output on channels 3-4 is overclipping very badly. Previously on 78 build, FM out was the one with the aggressive compression, showing a very flat output near 0db. This is obviously what is desired. Studio output would be much less, which was also desired.
Now seemingly they are backwards. FM out is the low one, Studio output is super compressed at 0db roof. The studio output is also overcompressed and is clipping terribly. I am using Quitessence which is my favorite (used it before with no problem). So the studio output is unsusable because its clipping and distorting too mcuh. I had to switch to limited 12db setting for my show last night.
Anyhow, I’m going to run through all the documentation today and read everything in detail (rtfm as they say) but thought I would put this note.
Thanks for your support Leif,
p.April 25, 2010 at 5:37 pm #10365LeifKeymasterHi Paz,
I lived in the country before. Now I live in Hua Hin. Nice town, let me know if you’re ever around, we’ll go out for a beer or three 🙂.
I’ll do some serious testing of BBP ASIO once I get back and get to the bottom of this.
Best,

June 9, 2010 at 2:10 pm #10367AnonymousGuestHi Leif,
Hope all is well. Did you manage to receive your shipment from RME? It’s been a while and though I’d check in on any progress with these problems with BBP ASIO. I’m still running on build 78 and would much prefer to be on the latest with the new features…
Cheers mate,
PazJune 12, 2010 at 11:28 pm #10368michi95MemberHe must be so busy to build V1.0 versions (no time for this forum at the moment).
Or, Jesse what is the reason for Leif’s inactivity here ?
(reminds of a Passive Aggressor !)July 12, 2010 at 11:35 am #10369AnonymousGuestBump….
Congrats to Spain. I’m half Dutch and was even pleased with the result. Drop-kicking your opponents is not acceptable. Bad Rubben, learn to play nice 😉
September 13, 2010 at 5:54 am #10370AnonymousGuestHi all,
This thread has been inactive for many months now. Im starting to wonder if buying ASIO version was not a smart idea. I’d really like issues in the latest build be addressed for my hardware because im still on .78 and itching to have the latest features.
Is support coming for this, or is this a dead product? I’m fine either way, but would appreciate a straight answer if everyone is too busy to look at this.

Hello,
It seems that the links aren’t working.
Lately the site has enough problems. Generally there are problems with the developing of the software. If you plan to buy it I suggest you take the time to read what has happened the last year and get your decision …June 4, 2011 at 5:56 am #10373Dj BuikMember[quote author=”vpnmaster”]

It’s the ISP that causing these problems.
At this time Leif is very busy developing new products and new versions of the current products.
Stay tuned… it will be a hot summer….June 4, 2011 at 7:15 pm #10374JesseGMemberSomething is wrong with the handling of the .exe extension right now. I’ve informed Leif of the problem. Thanks.
