MemberI have the problem, too.
Dell Optiplex 760
Intel Core 2 E8400, 3gHz, 3 gig ram
32 bit Win7
Juli@ cardBBP ASIO 0.90.95
In Phase Linear mode, I get 2 to 3 days before the audio clicks, spits or burps… it’s pretty random, but obviously wrong. CPU load goes over 88% at its worst
For me, the fix is as easy as hitting the IO Config tab, "yes", & "finish". The processor returns to normal & CPU load drops to 15 – 20%.

MemberUmmm… is there a reason why this issue hasn’t been fixed? Why is it that some of these problems don’t get a response from the experts involved?
It’s one thing to be constantly bugging for enhanced presets. It seems to me it’s quite another when a paid-for program exhibits a clear problem and nobody’s responding.

MemberCouldn’t have said it better myself.
I’ve seen some posts from other individuals on here talking about the problems they are encountering with their setups…they list their operating system, their chipset and processor…and I just have to scratch my head and wonder why would anyone go this route and NOT use anything remotely close to the system requirements.
I do feel for those that are experiencing issues, though.
I use the latest BBP and Breakaway Live on a variety of machines and have yet to encounter an issue with the software that wasn’t caused by the person in the mirror. 🙂

MemberHmmmm…. methinks my words have come back to bite me!
Still, with all the discussion over ways to modify an already great processor, it seems odd that the "powers that be" are strangely quiet about this particular issue. If it’s a "look in the mirror" problem, you’d think someone would have figured it out by now.
As for patience… This started 3 months ago, and nobody’s indicated they’re making any progress on it. I’d think that having it fall apart every couple of days might kind of be a priority.
