So, I’m guessing it was turned off to make the CPU use lower, and make PowWeb happier until we can get this moved to another host. (and to SMF to stop this spam)

Yep cool, yeah I’ve admin’d a half dozen larger SMF forums now, never had a problem defeating the spammers with a few add-on packages.
Bring it on! It’s a lot harder to ban and remove posts without the search option active, and these past few days, we’ve been hit pretty hard.
Where has the forum been for the past few days? I haven’t been able to login for almost a week. Finally got in today, but it’s cold treacle slow! As usual, banned a bunch of idiots and removed their posts.

I think you make a valid point about this forum. At this time it is very frustrating and irritating to visit this forum.
I think Jesse and Leif are too busy about the new hardware box and the new software update’s that are coming this summer….

[/quote]On what timezone do you live exactly? I check this board many times a day for new posts, but usually I only find spam (well, not now of course because of the latest bans..). My timezone is UTC+2..
