    What is the right form to type in the URL field of RT in case of text file in another pc of the LAN (network shared folder)? I have upgraded BAOne with management pack and the RT field now is empty…

    UPDATE: if BAOne run as a application, all is ok, the text file in network sheared folder is readed; if BAone run as service, not.
    Please Leif fix this issue!

    How are you specifying the path to the shared folder? I believe that the path should be specified in the “UNC” format (\\ComputerName\SharedFolder).

    Exactly Milky! But same result with ip format (\\192.168…\shared)… Seems that BAOne “service” doesn’t read network path…
