    Hi,

I sent Leif an email and he advised to post here.

I am trialling breakaway broadcast, using a Delta 44 soundcard on a new Intel Core 2 Duo PC 2.9ghz running Windows 7.

Seem to be having an issue where Breakaway will stop working after a few hours, and while I can get into the config options, the meters interface locks up. All is good on a reboot.

    Hoping to resolve this issue..

    1. To use maximum BBP capability, you need 192kHz sample-rate (at least on output) soundcard, Delta44 only have 96kHz (CMIIW).
    2. I never had successfully audio system on Windows7 — crap audio system management & (complicated) services (DRM?) 👿 better luck with WindowsXP

I’m just trying to do standard audio in / out.. Nothing fancy. The audio feed is going into an external ”analogue’ STL system.

Can anyone else shed some light? I shouldn’t have to install an OLD OS just to make this software work…
