    Hi Gang-
I’m trying to filter out that awful vuvuzela horn using the parametric eq. The core frequency seems to be at 233 with about 4 orders of harmonics above that (ie 466, 932, 1864). I can only seem to get the PEQ as close as: 224.2 or 252.1
Does anyone know how to specify a frequency or fine tune the UI so I can lessen this disturbance 😉

    Thanks for the workaround Michi.
How nice for such an instrument to bring us all together.

I’m still interested in my original question is such information exists.

I hear the BBC are also trying to filter this noise out to "clean up" the coverage being shown by them here in the UK. Aparrently it’s playing havoc with the audio encoders as although the horns centre around one approximate frequency, the sound from these horns is quite complex and textured and using up loads of the available bitrate on the feeds and broadcasts, resulting in very artifacted sound.
Personally, I’d rather hear these horns than the foul-mouthed rants often heard from the crowds in English football…
