foobar2000 DSP To VST or Winamp DSP Wrapper ?

I desperately need a foobar2000 DSP plug-in to VST plug-in and/or Winamp DSP Wrapper (adapter) !

Ok, I have found different wrappers for foobar2000:
To use Winamp DSP plug-ins and VST plug-ins with foobar2000.

But I need it the other way round.
A wrapper (adapter) to use foobar2000 DSP plug-ins as VST plug-ins (this would be my preferred solution).
Or a wrapper to use foobar2000 DSP plug-ins as Winamp DSP plug-ins.

I hope somebody here can help with a link !

Or a hobby programmer here with too much free time to write such a wrapper ? 🙂
Professional programmers are also welcomed, but I fear that these have other things to do.
