New question as I troubleshoot my audio issues…
BAE still appears to be operating fine (better than some other components…), however, when I open Device Manager and look at the entry for its device, there’s a ‘warning’ icon and in the Properties I see the following message:

This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)
Windows did not start a related device driver. To learn more, click the Driver tab and then click Driver Details.

Looking at the Event Log, the only errors I see reported are a series of the one I posted about the other day:

SystemRootSysWow64DRIVERSSNXUAAAF.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.
Since we’ve established that this isn’t your driver (and, of course, it’s not listed among the files in Driver Details), do you have any idea why the BAE device would be showing up ‘broken’ when it’s working fine?
