Is there a latency compensation for the oscilloscope Input/Output ?

I get confusing results taking screenshots.
50 % of the shots look as if there is no (or a very small) delay.
But 50 % of the shots look as if there is a delay, as if the two waveforms were taken from different points in time.
Before you ask – no, I do not use right input and left output or the other way round.
Always left input and left output !

Is this a problem of my screenshot tool ?
I am using FastStone Capture 4.5 (free for home users version).

    This looks good:

But this one looks strange (to me):

Both shots taken from Lady Gaga – Poker Face (CD).

Delay compensation is actually automatic (based on sound card / buffer delay). It’s accurate for regular viewing, but when taking screenshots of a fast-moving object such as a scope, you do have to try a few times to get the shot you want. The two oscilloscopes are independent, so it is possible that they will momentarily be slightly off.
