MemberWhich plug-in do you use? And where is it loaded? (in the mixer? deck a/b?). Why are you using that version of MySQL?
I am using this one: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/5.0.html, the newest version in the 5.0.x series. And that one is running fine under Windows 7, with SAM broadcaster 4.6.0. Probably this hasn’t anything to do with the problem you describe, but i just notice it.

Guesthappy mew year for all…
i use dsp_livelink_bbp for bbp 0.90.93 at sam broadcaster (v4.6.0) mixer’s dspabout MSSQL express it is light enough, it works fine and easy setup for me… ( only needed for sam broadcaster )
but no problem with mssql…i uise it for more than 6 months without problem …i have 2 powerfull desktops and a vaio laptop… the same problem… so, when i need to shut down sam, before close the sam i uncheck the plugin 😉 😉 for esay next time sam’s boot . it works.. LOL

Memberhmmm, I have a different problem with SOS4 (same company as SAM..Spacialaudio).
Sam,Sos and Simplecast use almost the same encoders (SOS4 with AAC+ also)BBP 0.90.93 installed, all softwares can use pipelines but for a strange reason
can’t feed SOS input from pipelines.
I can’t select pipelines for SOS input as at the list there is only my audiocard (Emu0404).SOS4 has also "Audio Output" selection.
There, I can select the pipelines… 😕HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

Member-A- have you confirmed that the "Breakaway Pipeline" device shows up in your Device Manager under the "Sounds, video and game controllers" category?
-B- Did you restart SAM after you confirmed that "Breakaway Pipeline" has been properly installed? It’s probable that SAM doesn’t rescan for new soundcards every time you select the dropdown to pick an input in the encoder. 😉
