With 2010 around the corner, and Christmas behind us, i can say we have a hell of a (audio processing) year behind us.
This year I discovered the Breakaway products, and i must say i’m very, very impressed. 😀

I bought this year: Breakaway personel, Live and BBP.
Leif, thank you very much for the brilliant products you made the last year.

If we, customers, want a feature, you start programming, and it is build in the next version.
Now THATS what i’m called customer support!

Now, enough a$$ kissing, i needed this of my chest. 😆

I’m very curious about what 2010 us will bring.

What project(s) you are working on, and what new things you have in your head?
Can you let us look in your kitchen a little bit? 🙂

PS: Maybe we can, in a new thread, make a wishlist for 2010?

In 2010, we will be using DDS exciters which take the mpx from BBP digitally and the modulation is also created digitally (part of the DDS carrier). We will transmit this to our transmitter site using a IP STL program which keeps all of the integrity of the benefits of BBP intact. In effect we will have the tightest modulation controlled, best sounding and cheapest to set up radio stations in the world at a fraction of the price of Pro gear. OUr airchains will be digital from start to finish. What a year 2010 is promising to be…

I second that! In the new year, I’m looking at replacing an Omnia-6EX (a very good processor) with a BBP (an even better processor) in a major U.S. market. That really says something about the quality of the product. I’ve followed Leif’s work since the days of Audiostocker, and I think he’s hit paydirt with Breakaway.

Happy New Year all. Looking forward to 2010.

As soon as I can get the budget for a motionless CPU/Power supply/hard drive, I’ll be jumping in that same pool myself!
