ParticipantHi,
I’m very happy that i have finally found this great successor to Volume Logic. Volume Logic is the plugin i miss the most since i have upgraded to Windows 7. I’ve tried a bunch of compressors, audio levelers, normalizers, etc, and nothing come close to your processors.
I’ve been using your products since AudioStocker Pro, then Octimax and Volume Logic. I work at a radio station and i can really acheive the sound of a real hardware multiband processor with this piece of software. And thanks that we now have more settings to play with compared to Octimax and Volume Logic.
I found your page on a small reference on a wikipedia page, maybe you should make more advertising!

KeymasterHi Francois!
Thank you very much for your comments! You’re right, we do need to advertise more. I’m currently working on getting Breakaway Audio Enhancer ready for Windows 7 — once that’s done, we’ll make sure to make ourselves heard 🙂.
Hey, since you work at a radio station, you might want to look at Breakaway Broadcast Processor. It’s a real FM processor in software, and has a much more advanced clipper back-end than state of the art hardware processors, so it actually sounds a lot cleaner, brighter and more listenable on the air, while controlling peaks and preventing overmodulation as well as the best hardware processors.
Best regards,

ParticipantHi,
I’m running Windows 7 32 bits and the plugin works well, but i also use Sound Forge 9 and i wonder how i can record what is currently playing like an mp3 or anything internally. The line in input always works, you can see with the little green VU in recording sound properties but the line 1 Breakaway pipeline sometimes works (very rare) but most of the time it doesn’t works. And it’s weird because it doesn’t seem to have anthing else for recording the audio that is playing throught the sound card, there is 3 mic input, line in and SPDIF but that’s it.
I don’t know if it’s related to Breakaway or Windows 7 as i have not try it before the plugin was installed. It works better in Windows XP as it does not modify the recording portion of the sound card properties. It’s a Realtek onboard device.
Thanks
