    Leif et al,

    Is this processor a good candidate for a standalone BBP processor ?

    With this motherboard:

    and 4 Gb 1333MHz DDR3 RAM… OS will be XP SP1 and soundcard my old faithfull, modded M-Audio 192.

    Hi Ricardo!

    BBP runs best on Intel processors. A pentium dual core is fine.
