testing breakaway

i just spotted this on the winamp website,and had to try it.so far ive tested some movies,music,and games.well i will say i really thought my sound was good before.with this thing running ive heard things in movies,and music i never knew was there before.i use a decent stereo system not computer speakers.the sound of the stereo was good without this,but omg it totally rocks with it.my first movie test was rush hour 3.the detail,and quality of the sound now is second to none.example when jackie chan jumped off the bridge,and grabs the pole to slide down it.without this you couldnt really hear his hands make a clinking sound as he grabbed the pole.with this its crystal clear.the shear clarity,and tonal quality of this is awesome.the first piece of music i played was zz top that just blew me away.ive also tried some games on my pc this is where i was thinking this thing would be a problem.simply due to the fact games high end games anyway like crysis are a bit sensitive,and tend to crash when things are not 100% correct.to my surprise all my games work perfect with it.i am using a usb sound blaster connected with a fiber optic cable to a pioneer 5.1 receiver.the sound improvement is just uncanny considering my audio system.i definetly plan to purchase this. 😀
