Preset for live radio

Hi, is there a preset that is usable in live environment ?  We tested most of the presets and we didn't found one that is really consistent with sudden level changes.  We hear and feel whenever the DJ lower or raise a fader on the console, it's very obvious and we can see that the AGC never releases the moment that the level drops, it get stuck like a second before releasing.  That causes several level drops that should never happens and that doesn't happen even with the cheapest hardware box like we had a long time ago.  The software sounds really good and it's very well suited for an automated system, but not so for a community radio that still airs cds, vinyls, and everything else that is not normalized at all.

Any ideas ?
