I have been testing the new Breakaway One since I got the exciting email about it's release.
It took me a little while to get used to the new layout but I must say that I love it. The new built in encoders are a godsent. They run flawless, even on a virtual machine.One thing I wish that was brought over from the old version however, is the CHR preset. Somehow I can't seem to recreate the default settings of the CHR preset by using any of the presets in Breakaway One. Leif told me at NAB a few years ago that the CHR preset was gone from Omnia 9 as well but secretly I was hoping he wouldn't get rid of it from the Breakaway line.

If you come up with a good, completely different name for it (something that doesn't make people pick it just because they happen to be a radio station playing contemporary hits, which would result in making a bad situation worse by overcompressing already overcompressed material) I'll port it over for you. 🙂

Since we already have Celeste, how about Nebula? An interstellar cloud of dust where stars are born. Looks pretty from far but is quite turbulent inside. I believe this description fits this preset very well.
