    I am thinking of buying Breakaway to use on a laptop which is not online. If I make the purchase transaction on this machine ( ie the machine I’m on at the moment, a desktop PC) will there be any problem in using Breakaway solely on the laptop, which has no internet connection?

    No problem at all. You’ll need access to a computer with an internet connection to do the initial activation, but you don’t need an internet connection on the computer running Breakaway.
