Just came in here to say that in the last 3.5 weeks Leif and I have been working all day, every day, including weekends. And all day really means that: Get up, eat, go to office, work, eat, work, eat, work, go home and sleep.
Although, we did watch a movie some time last week.
It's impressive! The Breakaway developer does not appear, but a development partner in other projects appears to justify his absence and abandonment.
Hans, nice to see that at least for now, you keep your word and continue to develop Stereo Tool – and still find time to defend Leif for his abandonment from Breakaway.
A great lesson to Leif, the man which hasn't time to develop Breakway, but have time to keep playing like a child and to develop you own car sound processor.
Shame on you, Leif.

Don't do it Hans… just don't.
You know what this is about. Don't get pulled in…Hans is still active over in the StereoTool forum. It seems as though reducing the CPU load from the clippers for an upcoming Omnia product is also being merged into StereoTool, judging by the latest beta and some other comments.
How this will pan out is anyone's guess. 🙂
As for Mr. Leif — I still believe he is very busy. Despite this photo, which I admit is quite ironic.
This is a bit harsh to say all this about Leif. I do not defend anyone but…
Just ask yourself what You would do on his place.Well, Leif contributed code and / or ideas back into StereoTool with the latest beta. The CPU use for the clipper has been reduced quite a bit.
To give you an idea, you can run ST with the composite clipper and declipper on a Celeron j1800 system with the current beta. Truly insane.
It is obvious something new is in the work at Omnia involving either the ST core, or elements from it.
I just threw on Breakaway Live with CGSmooth today. Still a remarkable little processor! 🙂
I make no assumption or opinion on Leif's schedule. Frankly, I would probably be doing exactly as he is. Hopefully all is well! 🙂

[/quote]That, to me is the biggest disappointment, too. I am generally happy with the product I bought, but I would love to have some more presets (BADJ only has four), and I am sure there are some tweaks that could be made if I really looked hard. We are all in a time warp, because development stopped before Windows 8. With Win 10 on the horizon, we are all at least two OS behind, with no prospects of advancement.

The products? I have them all, so as a good costumer I expect to treated like a good costumer, so far your argument Bojcha.
If I was him, I had the decency to talk with us costumers to explain the software is abandoned forever or just keep telling crap at the NAB or IBC.
