    Hello, I am having a hard time getting Breakaway Broadcast Processor to work with my radio automation play out software, mAirList.

    mAirList has an internal Encoder which I want to use for ShoutCast. I only have one internal soundcard, no mixing console.

    My set up should be:

    • mAirList play out to:
    • Breakaway Broadcast Processor back to
    • mAirList Encoder

    Can someone please help me with Windows, mAirList and Breakaway Setup?

    Windows 7 Professional, mAirList 5.1.

    If I interpret the Configurator UI correctly, you should be able to set Encoder Line input from Audio Devices, there you should select the corresponding Breakaway Pipeline that you are using in BBP to output the audio. So BBP output -> Encoder Line Input. Also, mAirlist should be set to output to another Breakaway Pipeline that you wish, and then that you set as the input of BBP. So mAirlist output -> BBP input.

    Hope this helps, just installed the trial version of mAirlist 😀

    Solved: There is a plugin called Breakaway LiveLink which is a Winamp DSP that you can use in mAirlist. It routes the audio through Breakaway Broadcast Processor. You can find it here: http://www.claessonedwards.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=81

    Works like a charm  🙂
