Frequency Derivation

Hi all, we are a small FM radio station and we have a frequency derivation problem : we goes from -150khz to +150khz, outside the legal range of -75/+75

– Is breakaway broadcast able to solve definitely this problem ?
– Is breakaway broadcast able to process an external audio source ? (the master OUT of our mixing desk) We use a 8 IN x 8 OUT audio interface

Our signal flow would be
Microphones -> Desk
CD Player -> Desk
PC automated music playlist OUT 1&2 -> Desk

Then
Desk MainOut -> PC IN1&2
PC OUT 3&4 (here Breakaway should do its job) -> Emitter
