Encoder Plug-in won’t run

    Hey broadcasting heroes!

    I need a bit of your help here, because I've been pulling my hairs out on this one for a few weeks now. The result: not much of a result, and a lot of hair loss… 😉

    My goal is to get the dsp_sc.dll from Winamp to run as an Encoder Plug-in. I have fully installed Winamp and the corresponding encoder, I have all the .NET Frameworks, redistributables and such installed, but I still receive this error:

    We're talking about a Dell Optiplex 755 running Breakaway Broadcast Processor ASIO on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

    Is there someone around on this forum who can help me, or guide me through some troubleshooting steps?

    Daan,

    I think there's also some requirement that some support files need to be installed in the same directory as Breakaway. I couldn't tell you which, but for even edcast to launch in breakaway, I had to have bass.dll and some other files that I can't recall in the same folder. Sorry that's not super helpful, but it may steer you in the right direction.
