Hi all,
First up this is a great piece of software that really does improve the sound quality. Well done.
I'm currently running the trial version and am ready to make a purchase, however there is one huge problem. After 10 minutes of inactivity, my monitor shuts down to save power. Once it does I can no longer wake it up after I come back and touch the keyboard. The only solution is to force a reboot. This is not a long term solution. If Breakaway is not running, then I don't experience the problem.
I'm running Windows 7 64 Bit on a pretty old MoBo.
I would love to know what others have done to fix this problem.
The solution is: go to settings and select energy saving profile "high performance".
This is part of the list of procedures that must be performed on the operating system on any computer that will be used to sound.
-If you still has problems, do a clean install of Windows.
-If that does not work, change Mobo.
