Over a year ago a post called "Breakway has to be restarted" was put in.
The audio is garbled after a boot-up. I have to exit and restart Breakaway. Then it works fine.
For me, it happens on an Alienware M18X laptop running Windows-7 64-bit.
I found no resolution for this problem.
Is anybody working on fixing this? Is there any temporary workaround?
    Thanks

Someone did find the cause of their problem for this in the stickied topic.  They had multiple and/or wrong soundcard drivers installed for their on-board sound, and they simply removed the offending driver, from what I understand.  You can try checking out what soundcard drivers you have installed, try updating those etc.  It's also worth trying a different method to access the soundcard, but I can see why you'd want to stick with KS (Kernel Streaming) since the latency is much much lower than the other methods of accessing soundcard drivers.
