    I have set up BBP with a BW TX5 via MDX input. The problem I am seeing is that "Stereo" does not get enabled, so somewhere the pilot tone does not get generated. I have tried feeding the pilot through Airomate to the BBP, no luck either. Feeding the signal directly from Airomate, does give me the stereo pilot, so I know the TX itself works. It just seems that in BBP the Stereo Pilot does get lost.

    You should have the pilot level at ~8% in BBP, and you should be using the "MPX Output" I'm assuming both.  Have you tried including or not including the pilot with the RDS coming from Airomate?
