oversharkedSadly, Keith passed suddenly late last year. However, his son, John, has moved into the chair and is getting on top of the backlog. If you send your query to support@claessonedwards.com, he should respond quickly.
I emailed the support email address on 22nd January but don’t seem to have had a response.
Basically, we have been using the demo version in a virtual environment to do some initial testing, and it seems to be performing well with Livewire I/O (although I am aware VM use is unsupported). I’d like to obtain some licences to launch some pilot services, but I’d like to understand whether licensing for VMs is possible (with respect to the licence being tied to a MAC address) or if there is some other consideration why VMs aren’t supported? The VMs would not necessarily run on the same physical hosts at all times.

I am disappointed for you that you still haven’t received a response.
I’ll do what I can to reach out to John, but you must understand that I am in Australia, and do not actually work for Claessonedwards. However, I do have a close relationship with the team, so I will see what I can do to resolve this communication breakdown.
