    HI, can anyone please help me.
    I recently upgraded to WIN8.1 and re-installed my BAE again (because life would be very dull without it and my Spotify), registered the product again all OK. However, I now have all my presets exactly the same e.g. all settings are in the middle for every preset, what happened? How can I reload the inbuilt presets that come with BAE.

    BAE doesn't keep track of changes between presets like the other products do.  It never has.  Plus… those are just the front-end meta-controls, and those only drive algorithms that effect a few (among hundreds of) settings in the actual presets.  All of the presets are built into all Breakaway products, within the EXE file, so they cannot be removed or lost; and you already said "every preset" so I'm guessing all of the presets are still there and can be loaded.  You're just confusing the functionality of BAE with the other products, when it comes to the front-end meta-controls.
