hI everyone
im new here and hoping to buy this great software. Live or broadcast im not sure. Ok i run a small web radio station and having a few problems with mic delay of 5 seconds. This can be annoying especially when monitoring with my headphones. I am using trial broadcast and sam broadcaster version 4. If anyone as any ideas how i can resolve this would be grateful.
I have a small mixer amplifier with line in/out…I was thinking if i get sam to go line out bypassing Breakaway broadcast to my mixer (avoiding latency) and then lineout to linein on soundcard to breakout broadcast and so to streaming….I dont know if thius is possible. Im new at all this so advice and settings would be gratefiul. I will of course give you my feed back on all this for others to try.

You should listen "monitor out" from you mixer. And "master out" from mixer to BA/BBP separate PC. If same PC, then aditional soundcard.
thanks for your reply does that mean i would use sam broadcaster on one pc with unprocessed sound and sent to other pc to process and then to server. Not sure if this is what will happen????
Please can anyone tell me how i would do this on the second pc. Will breakaway broadcast process this on line in….Really i have no idea and desperate to get this fixed very soon.
I do have a hpxw9300 workstation i have used for video editing i am really thinking of using this for breakout broadcast what do u think?
