Looking for thread about buffer, jitter

Evening all,

I have spent about an hour trying to find the thread where Leif intercepted and shared a piece of software he’d written to help optimise buffer settings (and latency?).
For the life of me, I cannot find it.. I think there was a screenshot and it might have resembled AudioStocker – quite a lengthy thread.

If someone could reply with the link, I would be most grateful
