    hi i wanted to know how long it takes to get a breakawayone HD license. order placed on 6 may 2021. thanks. i’m from Italy

    You should email support@claessonedwards.com and ask there. I think sometimes emails fall through the cracks or get swallowed by spam filters.

    I have already sent an email to support@claessonedwards.com I have also sent the $ 149 paypal payment. I sent the “get license summary” 🙁

    And it’s not in your own spam folder or anything? I guess post a new topic and maybe Milky might be able to help you get in touch with John, who would be sending you the license. I really don’t know, sorry.

    Typically, licences are issued within 24 hours of receipt of the funds and the system summary information, so this is certainly well outside the usual parameters.

    I note from your profile that you have only provided the minimum information. I also note that you have a hotmail email account which often gets filtered out by default. These things MAY have an effect on the outcome, but I have raised the issue with John directly and will let you know his response.

    I am informed that the email went into spam (possibly because it’s hotmail), and that it has now been retrieved and acted upon.

    Is there still anybody to do support for BA1. The e-mail address on the site as well as the one I used last time are bouncing my e-mail. I’m trying to move my BA1 to a new computer. The original has finally died and I moved it to a newer one. But am now enjoying the barker announcements every hour or so. Is it still possible to do this or has the dream finally died?

    What email address are you using? It should be support@claessonedwards.com or john@claessonedwards.com. You will need the MAC address from the new PC and anything that you can offer about your previous licence to make the search easier.

    There has been some dramas with website piracy, but the dream is well and truly still alive.

    The mail bounces at both the support and john addresses with a security alert warning. I’m a little nervous posting the license info here on a public board though.

    I have just sent another mail with the license data for my current BA1 installation. This time I used my other address, which I think is the one on file with your computer. This one didn’t immediately bounce, so maybe it will get through.
