Good news and bad news here: Claesson support has been responsive to my emails, but so far no help. They've basically given the same "make sure the old one is uninstalled first" answer, but I never had 1.3 installed on this laptop.
I am trying to install BAE on my new Win10 laptop, and I'm getting the "Unable to access Pipeline driver" message. I've tried everything on this thread, no joy. I've also emailed support at Claesson, are they very responsive to this kind of request?
