[/quote]I did try your suggestion but the same problem still happened. On my system the problem was caused by an incompatibility between Breakaway Pipeline 1.4 and vb-cable. I uninstalled vb-cable, restarted the computer and was then able to install Breakaway Pipeline. This incompatibility did not occur until upgrading to Breakaway Pipeline 1.4. I was able to reinstall vb-cable after Breakaway Pipeline 1.4 was up and running correctly.

What is the pipeline removal tool and where do I get it? I did uninstall the old version first, restarted computer and tried to install new version.
