Ok i did it

For all you streamers out there I'm going to tell you my setting for all,

Breakaway Live settings
open broadcaster software settings
playback settings

ok first you need to put this setting in breakaway live

Input 1: Breakaway Pipeline 1
Output 1: Breakaway Pipeline 2
Input 2: Breakaway Pipeline 2
Output 2: Realtek HD audio output
Input 3: Breakaway Pipeline 2
Output 3: Realtek HDA SPDIF Out

now test setting if for some reason it don't work go into playback setting and disable speakers then click test if all is well click Finish and go back to playback setting and enable speakers

Go to Open Broadcaster Software go to audio and put it to Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) then click apply

now to go your tray and right click the speaker icon, click playback and set Line 1 to default device and default communication device

Now for anything you do not want to go to your stream put the audio to Line 2 (Breakaway Pipeline)

im guessing this will work if you record for you tube

P.S. you have to mute your mic in Open Broadcaster Software
