    I completely removed the old version of Breakaway using the uninstall tool, then rebooted and installed the new version. 

    On the third try, I am still receiving an error stating that the Breakaway Pipeline audio transport driver cannot be opened. 
    I am using Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit).  What can I do to fix the problem? (Cate)

    I would be interested to know hoe you solved the problem!  I am using Breakaway on a Windows 7 Ultimate box with Bose headphones.  If I set Breakaway as the general default when using Windows Media Player, then I cannot hear anything on Youtube, iTunes or the web generally.  I would love to sort this out as I like Breakaway very much.

    The software worked well for a few days and not at all this morning so I have disabled it for the time being.  If I can resolve the problem, I will happily purchase the product.
